Swim, Bike, Run!!!

This Saturday, at 9am sharp, I will participate in my first "official" sprint distance triathlon in Ocean City, Maryland. Wow. Nervous. And excited! A friend and I have been planning this race for several months now...the whole way trying to sign people up. No takers! It's been an exciting summer training and preparing for the Big Race!
